Refund Policy

Nature of Fees Collected

All payments collected on FFOI are towards services rendered, including but not limited to:

• Application processing
• Candidate assessment
• Administrative and evaluation activities

Accordingly, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Application Fees
• Assessment / Evaluation Fees
• Counselling or Processing Fees
• Any service fee once the assessment or processing has commenced

This includes situations where:

• The candidate chooses not to continue
• The candidate does not attend assessments or counselling
• The candidate is found ineligible at any stage
• Admission is not secured in any programme/certification courses

Exceptional Refunds (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service
• Technical failure where payment is debited but the service is not initiated
• Payment credited to FFOI but not mapped to any application/course due to a system error

Such cases are subject to internal verification and approval.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, the applicant must email:

info@ffoi.in

with the following details:

• Full Name of the Applicant
• Registered Email ID
• Transaction ID / Payment ID
• Date of Payment
• Reason for refund request

Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Refund Timelines

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days
• The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• FFOI is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

No Cash / Offline Refunds

All refunds, if approved, will be processed only through FFOI authorised payment gateway to the original payment source.

No cash, cheque, or alternate bank transfers will be entertained.

Final Authority

The decision of FFOI Management regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
